Homeowners:

We offer referral and resident management services for homeowners who wish to rent available rooms or entire homes to individuals participating in our housing programs.

All residents placed through our organization remain active participants in our program and are supported, monitored, and managed by our team.

For homeowners who choose full resident management, Speak With Love Foundation Corp. International will manage the resident relationship and remit monthly rental payments directly to the homeowner, providing added consistency and support.

Homeowners partnering with us agree to follow applicable program guidelines designed to ensure safety, accountability, and housing stability for all parties.

Homeowners may choose between:

Referral services only, for a one-time referral fee, or
Ongoing resident management services, which include continued oversight and monthly payment handling, for an agreed management fee.
