Meet the Team

I’ve been an entrepreneur for 26 years, a husband of 20 plus years, a Lyfe Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology for 13 years, and I’m currently earning my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’ve also earned six other subsequential Lyfe Coach Certifications in my pursuit of being a well informed and well-rounded Lyfe Coach, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Technique), Forgiveness, Spiritual, Group, and Relationship Lyfe Coach Certifications. 
 
I’m sure that you’ve noticed that I spell life, l-y-f-e; that’s because, I don’t believe “IF” is in the middle of lyfe, I believe “YOU” are in the middle of lyfe. Because you are, you make the difference in your lyfe, it doesn’t happen by chance. I believe we all have a right to, and should pursue happiness, fulfillment, and success in our lives and relationships, despite the challenges and obstacles in our paths.
 
Being a Lyfe Coach isn’t a job to me, it’s my purpose, passion and privilege to be able to help make a difference in the lives of others. As your Lyfe Coach, I will help you develop a plan to achieve the goals you want for your lyfe. My approach to coaching begins with helping you understand and achieve self-awareness, by being conscious of who you are, what you are, and who and what you choose to be; with an emphasis on positive productivity towards purpose. I live by, and coach with three main mantras in mind: “Change your attitude to change your world; Change your perception to change your reality; and, Transform your thinking to transform your lyfe.” To achieve the best results in lyfe, it’s important to begin with your best self; because, your thoughts guide your feelings, your feelings dictate your actions, and your actions yield results.
I love assisting others in being the hero of their story by helping them set goals that keep them moving forward towards the happiness, fulfillment and success they desire and deserve.

I have a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Counseling/ Therapy and Professional Life Coach; which I encouraged clients to shift their mindset from problem orient to solution focused thinkers. I feel as a professional it’s important to understand when assisting clients to achieve an equilibrium in their personal growth it’s a MUST to establish emotional comfort.

I have worked in Mental Health Facilities where I obtained experiences working with the children and the adolescent population that was diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), bipolar, depression, and have suicidal ideations. I also worked with the adult population where they needed assistance in learning effective coping skills for PTSD (Posttraumatic Stress Disorder), major depression disorder, and high anxiety. I have 10 years of experience working with a diverse population which developed into cultural competence.

I have a strong desire to help guide clients to recognize their strengths and discover how to use them to handle life challenges differently. As a Life Coach, I would like to help transcend clients’ private logic by allowing them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behavior in a positive way. I feel being a Life Coach is a vehicle to guide clients to make an adjustment for self-improvement.

I have 22 years of Human Services coaching and management.

 

My holistic approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for my clients. I am passionate about helping my clients live their best life, by filling the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be.

By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, clients will reach their highest goals and dreams.
