The Speak With Love Foundation Corp. International Housing Program provides safe, clean, and affordable housing for people who need stability and support. Our goal is to help residents feel safe, respected, and supported while working toward long-term independence.
Note: Information below applies to shared homes only. Private housing options vary and is available through partnership with other homeowners.

• Shared or private bedroom options
• Utilities included (electric, water, internet, streaming services, etc.)
• Regular cleaning of shared spaces
• A calm, respectful living environment

What’s Included in Your Monthly Rate

Furnished housing with utilities included

Access to a resident pantry for food and basic household items. (Pantry may be located off-site and is supported by donations.)

Help connecting to transportation for important appointments, such as:
o Doctor visits
o Pharmacy trips
o Required errands. (Transportation is provided through county and community partners and may depend on availability.)
4. Weekly Therapy sessions and or Case Management:
o This service provides residents with weekly access to supportive counseling and/or case management, designed to promote emotional wellness, stability, and personal growth. Participants may receive assistance with goal setting, resource coordination, life skills development, and navigating community services such as healthcare, benefits, and housing support.
o Therapy sessions and case management services are delivered by licensed professionals or qualified service partners, either on-site or through external providers, and are tailored to meet individual needs. Services are voluntary and focused on empowering residents to make informed decisions, strengthen coping skills, and move toward long-term stability.
Note: Services may be provided directly or through trusted community partners and are not a substitute for emergency, medical, or inpatient care.

Housing Partnership Program
Are you a Homeowner or Do you own or operate an Independent Living Facility?
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Speak With Love. We offer two distinct services designed to meet the unique needs of homeowners. Please review each option carefully and select the service that best aligns with your goals.
☐ Option 1: FREE Property Listing and Resident Refferal Service

What's included in our refferal services:

Recruiting prospective residents

Preliminary applicant screening

Referral of qualified resident(s)

Once you approve the applicant and they move into your property, our referral service is complete. You remain responsible for: Final approval of applicants, Lease or housing program agreement and rules preparation and execution, Rent or housing fee collection, Property management and Maintenance, legal representation
How Our Referral Process Works:
Prospective residents will either request information or apply for your empty rooms through our site.
This allows us to:
• Answer questions about available housing
• Collect applicant information
• Determine basic eligibility
• Match individuals with appropriate housing options
• Reduce unnecessary phone calls and unqualified inquiries
• Refer qualified applicants directly to your property
This saves housing providers valuable time while improving placement quality.
Referral Fees
There is no charge to list your property. Housing providers only pay a referral fee after Speak with Love successfully refers a resident who moves into the property. Referral fees apply only to successful placements and help support our mission of connecting individuals with safe, quality housing.
Referral Fee: $300 per successful resident placement
Verification Program (Optional)
Housing providers who wish to build additional trust with prospective residents may choose to become a Verified Housing Provider.
For a one-time fee of $99, Speak with Love will:

Schedule an on-site property inspection

Verify the information provided in your listing

Confirm photographs accurately represent the property

Review basic safety and habitability standards

Award your listing a Verified Property Badge
Verified listings help prospective residents identify housing providers whose information has been independently reviewed by Speak with Love.
Verification is optional and is not required to receive a free listing.
☐ Option 2: Housing Partnership Program
Best For
Homeowners who want a completely hands-off housing solution while generating consistent income from their property.
Under this partnership, Speak With Love utilizes your property as part of our housing program. We become the primary point of contact for residents and oversee the day-to-day operations, allowing you to enjoy passive income without the responsibilities of resident management.

Routine monitoring throughout occupancy Homeowner Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities are minimal. You provide the property, while Speak With Love manages the resident relationship and day-to-day housing operations under our Housing Partnership Program. Speak With Love pays the homeowner an agreed-upon monthly housing partnership fee in accordance with the terms of our Housing Partnership Agreement.
